7L Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers are suited for use in commercial kitchens that contain fire hazards like deep fryers as well as cooking oils and fats. Used for kitchens and other areas that contain more than 25 Litres of cooking fats and oils.

The wet chemical fire extinguishers work by discharging a fine spray onto the burning substance and area.  This will react with the burning oil or fat to form a soapy substance that acts as a blanket. The residue that is left is usually alkaline and should be removed shortly after application to avoid damage.
